Service details and package pricing are confirmed prior to each appointment and may vary based on vehicle size and condition.

Service time depends on the package selected, vehicle size, and condition. Most appointments take 3–4 hours per vehicle. Larger vehicles or extreme conditions may require additional time.

Full payment is required before service begins (unless otherwise agreed in writing). We accept:

All sales are final once the service is completed.

We ask that you are present at the start and end of the appointment. This allows us to inspect the vehicle with you before and after the service to ensure satisfaction.

•  Free if canceled or rescheduled 48+ hours in advance
• $50 fee for cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice
• No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the service fee
• Retainers remain non-refundable in all cases
• If inclement weather prevents safe service, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

 For optimal upkeep, we recommend a full detail once per month. Ceramic coating and premium services extend protection for longer intervals. 

We detail all types of vehicles, including sedans, SUVs, trucks, motorcycles, and even RVs, boats, yachts, or planes upon request.

Yes — with fairness and transparency. Vehicles must be inspected with our technician before they leave. Any valid concerns raised on-site may be corrected immediately or, at our discretion, may qualify for additional cleaning or a partial refund of up to 50%.

Once the technician departs, the job is considered complete.
