1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, provides mobile car detailing services. Specific services offered and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments. Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and location details.

4. Payment

50% of the total balance is due upon scheduling; any remaining balance due upon completion of the services. We accept cash (USD), checks (written out to White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC), VISA, MasterCard, Cash App, and Zelle.

5. Out-of-Area Fee 

White Glove Mobile Auto Spa operates within a designated service area  to provide efficient and timely service to our clients. Requests outside of our normal operating area may incur an Out-of-Area Travel Fee of $50. This  few accounts for additional time and expenses required to reach  locations beyond our standard service zone. If applicable, this fee will be clearly communicated and agreed upon  prior to booking your appointment.

5.  Extreme Condition Fee Policy

Vehicles requiring significant additional time, effort, or specialized cleaning due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains or odors may  occur an Extreme Condition Fee of up to $100. This fee ensures that we can deliver the high standard of service White Glove Mobile Auto Spa is known for. If your vehicle qualifies for this fee, it will be discussed and agreed upon before services are rendered. Thank you for understanding as we strive to maintain quality and efficiency for all  our clients. 

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least twenty four (24) hours prior to scheduled appointment in order to receive a full refund. Appointments cancelled with less than for hours of notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments are considered to be canceled in the event the client requests cancellation or the incorrect appointment address provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to your vehicle or property while in our care. It is your responsibility to remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before the detailing service.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our services or violation of these Terms of Service.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, website is the property of White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Modifications to Terms

White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington.
