White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC – Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 1, 2025
By booking or using the services of White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services Provided
White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services at the Client’s designated location. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Exterior hand wash & wax
- Interior vacuuming and shampooing
- Leather and vinyl conditioning
- Steam cleaning
- Odor removal
- Engine bay cleaning
- Other services based on selected package(s) or add-ons
Service details and pricing will be confirmed via email, text, or online booking prior to the appointment. All services and pricing are subject to change without notice.
2. Appointment Retainer
To reserve an appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer is applied to the final invoice and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.
3. Final Pricing & Condition Disclaimer
Quotes are based on the vehicle description and condition provided by the Client. If the actual condition differs significantly (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, stains, trash, biohazards, etc.), White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC reserves the right to adjust the final price to reflect additional labor, time, and materials.
Clients will be notified of any price adjustments before service begins.
4. Client Location Requirements
Clients must provide:
- Legal access to the vehicle
- A safe, level workspace suitable for detailing
- Access to water and an outdoor power outlet (unless otherwise agreed)
Failure to meet these requirements may result in a $25 rescheduling fee.
5. Payment Terms
Due: Full payment is required before service begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted Methods: Cash, credit/debit card, BitCoin, CashApp, or Zelle.
No Refunds: Once services are completed, all sales are final. Dissatisfaction, weather conditions, or post-service circumstances do not qualify for refunds. We recommend reviewing your vehicle thoroughly before our technician leaves.
6. Appointment Policies
Advance Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations/Rescheduling:
Free if canceled or rescheduled 48+ hours in advance
$50 fee for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the total service fee
Retainers remain non-refundable in all cases.
7. Vehicle Size & Extreme Condition Policy
White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC reserves the right to determine your vehicle’s size category (Compact, Midsize, Full-Size, SUV, or Truck) based on internal guidelines. This classification affects pricing and service time. Final determination is made by our detailing specialist upon arrival.
Vehicles requiring significant additional labor due to excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, odors, or other extreme conditions may incur an Extreme Condition Fee of up to $100. Clients will be informed prior to service.
8. Travel & Out-of-Area Fees
Our standard service area covers a 20-mile radius from zip code 98003. Appointments beyond this area may incur a $50 Out-of-Area Travel Fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before booking.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee (Within Reason)
To ensure fairness and transparency:
Vehicles must be inspected by the Client before the technician leaves.
Any concerns must be raised on-site, immediately.
If a valid concern is raised, White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer:
- Additional cleaning of affected areas, or
- A partial refund not to exceed 50% of the total service fee
Once the technician has left, the job is considered complete, and no further claims will be accepted.
10. Vehicle Condition & Risk Waiver
White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or wear
- Items left inside the vehicle
- Fragile, aftermarket, or improperly installed parts
- Results impacted by paint condition, oxidation, or prior neglect
Clients acknowledge that some stains, odors, or damage may not be fully removable, even with professional services.
11. Weather Policy
Appointments may be rescheduled due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions. Clients will be contacted promptly to rebook.
12. eGift Card Policy
eGift Cards are valid for all White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC services and do not expire.
They are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.
Use of an eGift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms.
13. Photo & Marketing Release (Optional)
Clients may choose whether to allow before/after photos of their vehicle for marketing purposes.
14. Limitation of Liability
White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to your vehicle or property while providing services. Clients are responsible for removing all valuables and personal belongings prior to service.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
16. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are the property of White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC and protected by copyright laws.
17. Modifications
White Glove Mobile Auto Spa, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
